About us
Kettle’s Boiled was started early in 2014, supplying single serve items primarily to hotels, pubs, cafes and restaurants, but also to anyone else that required them. Based in Accrington, we are very proud of our Lancastrian roots, and our business has grown steadily over the years, thanks to our loyal customer base. We now have many regular customers, all around the country, and indeed across the world.
Despatch
Here at Kettle's Boiled we pride ourselves on providing a great service for our customers, and we know that you want your items as quickly as possible! Nearly all orders are shipped the same day that we receive them and certainly no later than the next working day. Also if you need something in s hurry, then tell us, and we will make sure we get it to you as fast as we can! Our record - although we can't guarantee this for everyone sorry - is just 7 minutes from order to handing over the parcel!
Postage charges
Postage costs are included in all our prices. There are no additional shipping costs.
Packaging
Most of our smaller orders - for example, up to and including sixty tea bags - are sent out in large padded envelopes, to make large savings on postage. Without doing this we would have to ship all orders as small parcels, which would significantly increase the cost to our customers. If you specifically need your item boxed - most Twinings tea bags come in boxes of twenty or fifty - then this can be arranged, though unfortunately we do have to make an additional charge to cover the postage.
Shipping
We use a number of shipping services, depending on the item that we are sending out. Most smaller items are sent out using Royal Mail, with larger packages despatched with a tracked and traced service using Evri or similar. Remember, if you need something quick, tell us - we will sort it!
International postage
We can - and indeed do - also send our items around the world, please contact for a quote. We don't make any money on postage charges and will only charge you what it costs us to get the items to you.
Returns and refunds
We offer a returns and refunds service, should you not be happy with your order. If there is a problem with the item then we will cover the return postage to send it back to us, either for a replacement or a refund.
